We offer both! The 6-Week Program is fully customised to suit your equipment and environment, whether you’re training at home or in the gym.

What if I don’t have any equipment?

No problem! We’ll create a personalised training plan that doesn’t require any equipment. You can also utilise common objects around your home for an effective workout.

Do you have a female coach?

Yes, Huia is our dedicated female coach. As a mother herself, she understands and relates to female-specific challenges and goals, making her a fantastic resource for your fitness journey.
