Refund and Automatic Payment Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:
a. For one-time payments:
Clients are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the purchase.
After the initial 24-hour period, refunds will not be provided for one-time payments.
b. For ongoing automatic payments:
Clients are eligible for a prorated refund if a cancellation request is made within the first week of the payment cycle.
After the first week of the payment cycle, refunds will not be provided for ongoing automatic payments.
c. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request being approved.
Automatic Payment Cancellation:
a. Clients opting for ongoing services with weekly automatic payments can cancel their subscription at any time.
b. To initiate the cancellation process, clients must provide at least one week's notice before the next scheduled payment.
c. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the client being charged for the subsequent payment cycle.
d. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the client's account portal or by contacting our customer support team directly (admin@jackcooperfitness.com)
e. Upon cancellation, access to the online training and nutrition coaching services will be terminated at the end of the current payment cycle.


Exceptions:
a. In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or documented extenuating circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of the specified policy. Clients must provide adequate documentation to support their request.
b. Refunds and cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by our management team.
Modification of Services:
a. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, including features, pricing, or availability, at any time without prior notice.
b. In the event of such modifications, clients will be notified in advance, and adjustments to payments or services will be communicated accordingly.
