What is the 8 week weight loss challenge?
The challenge is an 8-week program designed to help participants achieve their weight loss goals through tailored meal plans, personalised training programs, and support from coaches and a community.
Participants will receive:
- A tailored meal plan with daily macro targets
- A personalised training program
- Access to our app for tracking training and progress
- Daily habit tracking for steps, hydration, and sleep
- Community support via a group chat and Facebook page
- Continuous communication with a designated coach
- Exclusive sponsor discounts
- Additional educational resources and recipe e-books
The challenge is conducted online via our app, group chat, and Facebook page. You do not need to be local.
Can I join the challenge if I have dietary restrictions or health conditions?
Yes, please inform us of any dietary restrictions or health conditions during registration, and we will tailor the meal plan and training program accordingly.
Can I participate if I live in New Zealand?
Yes, the challenge is open to participants across Australia and New Zealand.
How will you determine the winners?
The winners are judged by the JCF Coaches and will be determined based on:
- Overall loss in weight loss
- Before and after photo transformation
Adherence to the challenge such as checking off daily habits and completing all workouts may be a judging factor if it is close
How many winners are there?
There will be an overall top male and female winner, as well as a runner-up male and female winner.
We will also have a special award and prize for the coach’s top participation pick
Can I join if I don't go to the gym or new to fitness?
Absolutely! The challenge is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and our coaches will ensure your program suits your experience and abilities. Please specify this in your onboarding form and we will customise the training plan to suit your needs.
